The vertical housing system is a solution for the urban population which continues to increase as time goes. By using high-rise buildings, land used will be more effective. However, buildings have their own problems, one of bending due load acting on building. One loads that causes in wind load. Bending cause major problem building’s endurance if deviation exceeds structural strength tolerance building, failure future. Therefore, it necessary periodically monitor verticality building detect this bending, both during and after constructions, evaluate performance health monitoring can carried out variety methods equipment, particularly GNSS observation triaxial tiltmeter measurement. measurement lateral displacement while deflection angle formed when bending.
